You might have seen it on Instagram & Facebook already if you follow me there . . . we toured South England with our little car during the last 2 weeks and it really was a wonderful trip filled with lots of relaxing, good food (well-except the english breakfast-sorry british gals-but I just can not have baked beans & saussages in the morning *lol*) . . . we visited a lot of beautiful places-churches, castles, cliffs-we spend lots of time out strolling nature & also did some geocaching here & there . . . and there was lots of time for art in our trip as well. I filled pages & pages in my Watercolor Sketch Journal & in my Road Trip Journal and it was so relaxing to just sit in a beautiful, quiet place for a while-soak everything in and to sketch & watercolor some of the great views-I absolutely enjoyed this! And I did some preparing for an upcoming new Online Class as well . . . excited . . . hope I will be able to share soon! I also met with a great Artist / Painter from Christchurch-Chérie Wheatcroft-who just had an exhibition in Highcliffe Castle . . . she is painting amazing pictures and I could watch her work & look at her pictures forever . . . LOVE! Also bought some of her Prints to go in my Travel-Book . . .
So-I just wanted to share some pictures of our trip with you . . . do not wanna bore you with the 900 pictures we took (not counting the ones I took with my iPhone *lol*)-so it is just a verrrrry small selection of pictures I thought you might enjoy . . . I might do a Slideshow-Video with all of them and share this one later-and I will also share my Road Trip Journal & the Pages in my Sketchbook in a seperate Blogpost ASAP . . . but for now . . . just a couple I especially like . . . enjoy!!!
