The Daily Bookpagesketches are not only good for practicing-you have seen me using a Flower Bookpage Sketch on a Canvas 2 Weeks ago-so every now and then if I really love a Bookpagesketch a lot-I incorporate it into another piece of Artwork. The Face I sketched some Days ago really spoke to me, so I just had to use it on Canvas as well. I scanned & printed it and collaged it onto a Mixed Media Canvas Board . . . here is the Process in a little Video as well as some Detail-Shots of it . . .
If you are viewing this on your Mobile Device you might only see a blank Box here-in this Case please watch the Video directly at YouTube (http://youtu.be/DvYGIR3zccQ) or if you are in the Creative Creations App please just switch to the YouTube Tab at the bottom and watch the Video there . . .!
And the Details . . . Details . . . Details . . . it is all about the Details, right?!?
Supplies I used: Canvas Board, Acrylic Paint (blue), Inka Gold, Maya Gold, black permanent Inkpad, random Background Stamps, Mod Podge Glue, Paper Flowers, Letter Stickers (American Crafts Thickers)

I love these colors together! I enjoy your daily sketches, they are inspirational. Thanks for sharing a video on this piece, it’s lovely.
is so beautiful!
I love it. The colors are so vibrant.
She is beautiful and I I love the techniques you have used.
Hi Andrea, Love this piece! Who am I kidding? — I love ALL of your work! 🙂
Just wondering… what kind of paper did you print your girl on, to add to this piece? It looks very vibrant, as if it were printed on photo paper, but seems like that would be too thick to glue onto the substrate. And regular, plain paper usually has a dull look to it. What’s your secret? Thanks so much, Cathy
What stamp ink do you use that won’t smear when you go over it with varnish glaze?
