Another Week of Daily Bookpagesketches . . . this week has been crazy busy with not so positive stuff-we are heading to the Vet with our Cat every Day now since they found out he has a problem with his liver-he is not eating much and we have to take care of him and make sure he eats & gets enough water every day, he gets an infusion each day . . . really hard-but we hope & pray he will make it and will get better soon . . . if one of our cats is sick I am sick as well-I am sure other cat-people (or dog people) can relate . . . 🙁 Hold your fingers crossed our little furrbuddy Moppi will make it and will get better soon . . .

Meine Lieblinge diesmal sind die Katze und das Fenster.
Mich würde mal interessieren, was du zum Grundieren benutzt? Ich habe nämlich mal das Gesso von Reeves (eigentlich ja nur für Acryl) ausprobiert und das möchte mit Aquarell nicht so super zusammenarbeiten… oder ich habe was falsch gemacht. Habe es einfach mit einem Pinsel aufgetragen.
Hast du einen Tipp für mich?
@Melanie – ich nutze das Gesso von Liquitex – ich habe jetz mehrere Firmen probiert und für mich funktioniert das am besten, z.B. auch für Aquarellfarben. Noch besser als Grundierung für Wasserfarben ist aber die spezielle Aquarellgrundierung z.B. von Schmincke 🙂 Auftragen tu ich es dünn mit einem Pinsel oder mit dem Brayer …
